Key Responsibilities:

• 🚗 Directing vehicles to open spots
• 📍 Assisting patrons in locating their vehicle
• 💰 Helping patrons with payments at our payment machines
• 🚨 Reporting any issues promptly to management
• 🛠 Performing minor repairs on parking equipment if required
• 🚶 Conducting regular patrols on all parking levels
• 🚦 Controlling traffic at entrances and exits
• 🤝 Managing and resolving customer queries
• 🌐 Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• 🔄 Evaluating parking for optimal space utilization
• 💼 Administering cash collection for the facility
• 📞 Providing information to management in case of policy violations
