Part Time Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking to recruit a Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Retail team. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Retail Outlet Managers and Retail Operations Manager and will be performing the following main duties amongst others:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the Retail Outlets are consistently well-presented to deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Supporting the Retail Outlet Managers in maintaining high standards of quality and excellent customer service;
- Assisting in achieving the company’s sales targets and objectives;
- Implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximise sales;
- Promoting current offers and in-store promotions to customers during each transaction.
Requirements:
- A positive, outgoing and friendly personality;
- A neat and professional appearance;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays;
- A valid work permit and a clean police conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high quality Retail Outlets would be considered an asset.
