Part-Time Sales Assistant

Location: Baby and Kids by HomeTrends

As a Sales Representative within our baby store you will be the first person to assist our customers, sometimes for their first time, through the world of parenting. By presenting our wide range of baby related products.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, offering them expert advice on our products.
  • Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and purchases.
  • Ensure the shop is always neat, well-stocked, and welcoming for all customers.
  • Handle transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere in-store.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with families and babies.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
