Pastoral Care and Boarding Coordinator (Whole School)

St. Edward’s College is seeking to employ a full-time Pastoral Care and Boarding Coordinator from scholastic year 2026 / 2027.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has experience in a school environment. Experience in Boarding schools is considered an asset.
• Has experience in pastoral care and/or behaviour management.
• Can work collaboratively with Senior Leadership, Bursar, teachers, Learning Support Educators, parents and external agencies.
• Can manage sensitive student issues confidentially and professionally.
• Can develop or implement student wellbeing, attendance or behaviour initiatives.
• Is motivated and shows initiative to develop this position to its fullest potential.

Education and Experience:

• A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Youth and Community Studies, Social Work, or another relevant discipline.
• Safeguarding/child protection training would be an asset.
