Payroll Executive
Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd., one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Payroll Executive.
The successful chosen candidate will form part of a dynamic team that handles a predominantly international clientele operating across a wide range of industries as well as the firm’s private clients. The role is therefore ideal for someone who wishes to broaden their experience and take on a challenge.
General Responsibilities include:
- Managing the payroll process of a diversified portfolio of companies
- Preparation and submission of FSS forms, engagement & termination forms, and SCC forms
- Assisting clients with payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies
- Generally handling the payroll process from start to finish for Fenlex’s clients as part of its Payroll Team.
Requirements of the ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An A’ Level standard of education
- Meticulous in their work
- Excellent organisational and communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
