Personal Assistant/Office Clerk

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Clerk to join our team. Both roles are crucial for ensuring an office runs smoothly by handling various support duties.

Main tasks and responsibilities

General Administrative duties

  • Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, screening calls, sorting mail, and responding to emails.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring no conflicts arise.
  • Correspondence: Typing, preparing, and distributing documents, memos, and letters.
  • Meeting support: Taking minutes and distributing them, and preparing agendas.
  • Data management: Entering data, maintaining databases, and creating spreadsheets.
  • Visitor management: Greeting clients and visitors and acting as a point of contact. 

Office Clerk duties

  • Filing and record-keeping: Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems.
  • Supply management: Ordering and stocking office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Errands and general support: Performing general office tasks and running errands for staff.
  • Office upkeep: Helping to organize and maintain common areas and equipment.
  • Document handling: Performing tasks like photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.

  • Answering phone calls
  • Travel bookings
