Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO of one of Malta’s leading private healthcare organisations. This is a full-time role that calls for a high level of organisation, discretion, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, communications, and administrative needs
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel logistics
  • Draft business correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Liaise professionally with directors, shareholders, external stakeholders, and staff
  • Maintain and update contracts, agreements, and other confidential records
  • Support procurement and authorised purchases
  • Assist in corporate events, gifting, and general coordination tasks
  • Handle confidential documentation and uphold high standards of discretion
  • Oversee the administrative duties and leave tracking of the Estate Facilitator


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Personal / Executive Assistant, or in senior administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus)
  • Excellent writing, formatting, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, reliable, and highly discreet
