A trattoria and pizzeria, Vecchia Napoli boasts what is probably Malta’s favourite pizza, the Calzone Capo di Monte which combines the seductive flavours of truffle and four different Italian cheeses.
It is baked in the wood burning oven and then topped with succulent slices prosciutto di Parma, crisp rucola leaves and freshly grated slivers of Parmiggiano Reggiano. Here at Vecchia Napoli we have left no stone unturned to bring the very best of Neapolitan and indeed Italian Pizza to Malta. The flour for the pizza dough comes from Naples’ most respected mill and the mozzarella fior di latte is shipped from Italy each week. Our Pizzaioli have spent several weeks in Milan, with Massimo Francavilla, Pizza champion of Europe, and also time in Naples with Ernesto Cacialli, chosen to prepare the Pizza for President Clinton during his visit to Naples.

We are currently seeking to recruit&nbsp;Full-Time and Part time Waiters&nbsp;to join our passionate and talented front-of-house teams.
The Waiters will be responsible for ensuring diners have a positive experience at the restaurant, by exhibiting excellent customer service. Their duties include greeting and sitting diners, taking their orders, communicating with members of the kitchen about orders and carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables.
The candidates are expected to support their superiors in organising and maximising the efficiency and performance of the restaurant, as well as assist with the training and mentoring of new staff members as needed. 
We are looking for:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a restaurant</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
<li>Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)</li>
<li>Clean police conduct certificate</li>
</ul>
