Our client is a global generic pharmaceutical company that specialises in the development and manufacture of both APIs (45) and FDFs(20). Their solid dosage form Malta site (EU GMP, US FDA & ANVISA approved) is expanding, and they are seeking motivated and capable individuals to join their growing team.

As a Production Operator you will be part of a growing team and will be reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out manufacturing processes which convert active ingredients and other chemical substances into final dosage form units, and which will be subsequently packaged, according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with Quality Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.

Requirements:

• O’ level standard of education and as a minimum, a school leaving certificate.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the GMP environment will be preferred.
• Able to communicate in both English and, ideally, Maltese.
• Proficiency in using basic Microsoft programmes such as Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
• Results-oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks to maintain deadlines.
• Confident and proactive in carrying out one’s duties.
• Extremely organised and ready to work on a 4-shift basis (one vacancy available for day shift only).

Package:

• Salary: €20,000-23,000 with annual salary review at end of each year
