

Quality Assurance Executive
JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for liaising with internal departments as well as regulatory bodies to implement and maintain standards, whilst conducting audits.
1. Monitoring operations, particularly dairy processing, packaging, and quality control.
2. Developing, updating, and implementing documentation related to processing, quality assurance, and food safety management.
3. Having a key role in the accreditation and certification of MDP’s operations, quality assurance, and food safety management systems.
4. Generating, updating, and managing an audit program related to the above.
5. Applying knowledge of local regulations and company policies to assure compliance with all the products.
1. A key understanding of HACCP, quality, and food safety management.
2. Post-graduate Degree in a food science-related subject.
3. Knowledge of, and experience with, ISO 9001 standards shall be considered an asset.
4. Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Excellent research skills.
6. Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Maltese.
