Recruiter (Maltese Speaking)

Centrecom is currently looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and help us build a top-performing call centre team!

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Collaborate with Section Leaders to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare new Employee files and any other onboarding documentation.
  • Any other tasks as delegated by Management.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in recruitment is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools (such as Word & Excel)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
