

Reservations Agent
G3 Hospitality is currently looking to recruit a self-motivated individual who is willing to join its existing flexible team in the role of Reservations Agent on a full-time basis.
- Process all bookings and rooming lists accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist with room allocation to meet guest requirements while maximising occupancy and revenue.

Liaise closely with the Front Desk and Sales Teams to avoid or manage overbooking situations.

Handle requests and bookings for additional services including taxis, car hire, food packs, spa services, and more.

Manage invoicing and actively promote supplementary services.
- Conduct a basic daily audit of next-day arrivals to identify and resolve any input errors.

Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, features, and local attractions.

Ensure effective sharing of knowledge within the Reservations Department.
- Respond to new leads and existing client requests within 24 hours.

Maintain excellent internal and external communication.

Provide assistance to the Front Office Department as needed.

Support the Sales Team with greeting and meeting duties.

Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Previous experience in a similar reservations or hospitality role is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Opera PMS is considered an asset.

Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
