

Restaurant Duty Manager - Ta' Nenu Restaurant
Ta' Nenu Restaurant is currently looking for a Restaurant duty manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants.

Lead, train, evaluate, motivate and coach all service employees in the Restaurant.

Ensuring all staff are following company policies.

Supervising daily shift operations.

Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed.

Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.

Interviewing/recruiting new employees
-
Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for clients.
-
Maintain safety and food quality standards
-
Ensuring customers are served food of the highest quality.
-
Ensure that the clients have a unique and distinctive experience.

Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels.

Control labour and operating expenses.

Identifying ways to cut waste.
-
Creates and executes shift goals.
-
Promote the restaurant in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.

Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
-
Previous experience as a restaurant duty manager or a similar role would be considered an asset.
