

Restaurant Manager
we're now looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food, service, and cleanliness

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Manage staff schedules, inventory, and ordering

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues with professionalism

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor financial performance including budgets, sales targets, and cost controls

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role

Valid work permit to work in Malta

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
