Ramla Bay Resort is seeking a friendly, hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations while reporting directly to the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the dining team and ensure every guest interaction is memorable, all while supporting the overall Food & Beverage strategy of the resort.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service consistently.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency, under the guidance of the Assistant F&B Manager and F&B Manager.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards to maintain excellence.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control in coordination with F&B leadership to maximize profitability.
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty while aligning with resort standards.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary and events teams on menu planning, seasonal offerings, and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach staff to support professional development and foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting restaurant offerings and special events.
  • Promote sustainable practices within the restaurant, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with F&B leadership and other departments.
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
