Position: Restaurant Server

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers at Onella. If you have a passion for hospitality, a knowledge of wine and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food items and wine.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
