We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our talented front of house team. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Assistant and/or Restaurant Manager in organising and maximising the efficiency and financial performance of the Restaurant, in achieving the targets related to cost, standards and quality.
The candidate is expected to provide an efficient and pleasant dining experience to the guests dining in the Restaurant in line with company policies and procedures and in a true spirit of hospitality. Additionally, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training and assisting new employees.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in a la carte restaurants
- Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
- Clean police conduct certificate
