Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. Skilled in leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen. Committed to excellence, attention to detail, and creating a refined and memorable dining experience for all guests.
· Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and high-quality service delivery
· Lead and inspire the team to maintain exceptional luxury hospitality standards
· Deliver personalised guest experiences and handle VIP requests with discretion
· Coordinate closely with kitchen and management to ensure flawless service execution
· Manage reservations, table planning, and service flow to optimise the guest experience
· Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
· Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold brand standards
· Monitor staff performance and ensure attention to detail across all service areas
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
· Support revenue growth through upselling and service excellence
· Work closely with the other departments to ensure a streamlined experience
Experience
o Proven supervisory experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
o Background in leading and training front-of-house teams
o Experience in managing service flow, reservations, and guest relations
Skills
o Strong leadership and team management abilities
o Excellent customer service and communication skills
o Good knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service
o Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
