Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage front-of-house team
• Ensure smooth service and high standards
• Handle customer feedback professionally
• Assist with staff training and daily operations
• Coordinate with kitchen for efficient service
• Manage reservations and service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Valid work permit in Malta (mandatory)
• Skill Pass certification (mandatory)
• Driving licence (preferred)
• Maltese speaking will be considered an asset
• Must be currently based in Malta
