eeetwell is a fast-casual restaurant set on a mission to change the way people think about food.
We make salads, warm bowls, wraps, juices and smoothies using seasonal + locally sourced ingredients - paired with a large portion of awareness on the side. Every morning we source whole ingredients and start cooking from scratch. We marinate, roast, cut and squeeze everything fresh, on a daily basis. In line with our core values, every plate is combined on order to create our signature dining experience. Founded in Malta in mid 2015, the brand has seen a steady growth well above average, with an overall 90% year-to-year growth rate, passing from one store to a total of thirteen.
In early 2020 the company spread wings in mainland Europe, opening its first store in Antwerp (Belgium), before officially becoming Malta’s largest F&B franchise in 2021. Within the next five years the brand vision is to double down on the digital environment, while heavily investing in a worldwide expansion strategy.

Restaurant Team Member
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members.
As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and well-prepared dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, cleaning, and providing outstanding customer service.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about healthy eating, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Education and requirements
Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment is considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to our standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
Ensure all food products are stored and rotated correctly to minimize waste.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Follow all safety and health regulations.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
Participate in training programs and continuously improve product knowledge.
