Retail Sales Agent

Role Purpose:

The Retail Sales Agent’s responsibility comprises of attending to client’s requests, ensuring a positive customer experience, while promoting and upselling the Company’s products and services.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

• Greeting and interacting with customers.

• Handle customer queries positively

• Participate actively in regular training and coaching sessions & keeping up to date with the latest products and services on offer

• Handle day to day operational tasks, such as the end-of-day reconciliation

• Ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met, while helping to drive the store’s targets and results
