We are currently looking a Rooms Director to join our team for the upcoming opening of the new Hard Rock Hotel.

The Job:

The Rooms Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all guest rooms, housekeeping, and front office departments to ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and maintaining brand standards in line with Hard Rock Hotel’s dynamic and guest-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Housekeeping, Front Office, and Reservation teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee room inventory management, availability, and maximisation of revenue.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews; address issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Maintenance, Security) to ensure seamless operations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses related to the Rooms Department.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, particularly Rooms Division.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
