Sales Advisor

Mavenry is seeking a refined and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join our boutique team. This role is central to delivering an elevated luxury experience, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the commercial success of the store. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional service standards, strong product knowledge, and a genuine appreciation for premium contemporary fashion, exceptional quality, and refined styling.

Educational and skill requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury environments, with a genuine appreciation for contemporary fashion, exceptional quality and refined styling
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to deliver personalised and attentive service that reflects a premium brand positioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships including VIP clientele
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to achieve individual sales targets and support store performance through strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider retail team and maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
