Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join The Bluerock Operations Ltd team, in our HEBE store at the Airport.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers visiting our shop. We’re seeking passionate and driven individuals who enjoy sales and are looking to build a career in the jewellery and fine watches industry.

As jewellery and watches Sales Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional experiences to clients and be trained by experts in the industry. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, and proficient in English.

Seeing as the workplace is Malta International Airport, the working times are between 05:30-22:00, on a 5-day week scheduled over an entire week.

Educational and skill requirements

Minimum of 2-years experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Must be able to work in an airport environment and hold a valid security clearance
Must have own transportation
