Sales Assistant / Customer Support
Villa Bologna Pottery has been making handmade and hand painted ceramics since 1924.
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, organised and reliable candidate to work in our pottery in Attard. Join our team in our Attard shop. In this role you will be responsible for being the first point of customer contact through various communication channels and supporting other operational facets of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy making sales and be able to work independently.
· Assists customers with solving problems
· Assist with orders, reservations and booking management
· Greet customers at the shop and assist with purchases
· Build and foster relationships with customers
· Operate the point of sale and handle the financial transactions accurately
· Re-stock shelves and make sure all products are properly labelled
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
· Receive, unpack and price new products
· Assist in packing online orders
· Assist with facilitating workshops
· Must have experience in retail or customer service environment
· Proficient in MS Office
· Knowledgeable in operating help desk software
· Be sales orientated
· Must be highly organised, efficient and responsible
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills
· Energetic and proactive
