Sales Executive

Ritz Marine is Malta’s premier marine equipment retailer, offering a wide range of watersports, boating, and marine accessories. Our commitment to quality and excellent customer service has made us a trusted name in the industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Executive to join our team in a retail showroom setting, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Position is based in Marsaskala, South of Malta.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to drive sales and provide outstanding service.
Answer client queries related to products in the showroom, offering knowledgeable and tailored advice.
Maintain an organized, well-labelled, and up-to-date showroom inventory.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold showroom standards.
Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, sales processing, and customer
communications.

Educational and skill requirements

Proven experience in sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding
targets.
Physically capable of handling showroom duties, such as lifting and arranging
inventory.
Must be computer literate.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Maltese, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage customers effectively.
Applicants with a clean driving license will be given preference.
Knowledge of power tools is considered a plus.
Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Summer hours:

May - August:

Weekdays 9-6 PM with 1 hour break, 1 afternoon off.
Saturday 9-1 PM

Winter hours:

September - April: Saturday alternating.
