Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our team and support the continued growth of our hospitality portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in managing group accommodation bookings across the Leisure and M.I.C.E. markets while driving revenue through effective sales strategies, pricing optimisation, and inventory management. Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage and convert group enquiries for the Leisure and M.I.C.E. segments by providing timely and competitive quotations.
  • Support revenue growth through pricing optimisation, demand analysis, and occupancy management.
  • Monitor OTA and online sales performance in collaboration with the Senior Sales Executive to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive position.
  • Coordinate all aspects of group bookings, including room allocations, deposits, rooming lists, and system updates.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination of group requirements and guest experiences.
  • Assist with inventory management, aligning room availability with business demand.
  • Support the effective use of sales and revenue management systems, including RMS and CRM platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate partners, and key accounts.
  • Provide support to the wider Sales team during busy periods and contribute to achieving departmental objectives.
Educational and skill requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality sales, reservations, revenue, or a similar commercial role is considered an asset.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an analytical approach to sales and revenue performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with PMS, RMS, or CRM systems is advantageous.
