Position Overview
As a Sales Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of products.
- Coordinate with various departments, including logistics, and finance, to support sales initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, including overseeing the aftersales department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
