Sales Officer

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Sales Officer within Farsons Beverage Imports Co. Ltd. The selected candidate will support the Sales team in the day-to-day running and administration of the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and market research
• Handling incoming customer calls, entering orders, and assisting with customer needs
• Following up with the distribution team on customer orders and delivery status
• Providing administrative and secretarial support, including formatting and printing documents, organizing workflow, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Relieving Sales Representatives through telesales when required
• Liaising with the exports and duty-free departments on orders and related paperwork
• Following a daily sales route and contacting customers accordingly
• Performing any other related duties as reasonably required

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of sales administration
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams
• Good clerical, computing, and data entry skills
• Minimum O/A Level standard of education and/or MCAST certificate in administration or a related field
