Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to support our Sales Department, based in Malta. This is an exciting role for somebody who is ambitious and passionate about their work, has a strong sales mindset, communication skills and embraces growth to follow the company’s expansion plans.

The primary goal of the Sales Representative is to increase the sales. The ideal candidate will generate new leads through market research, networking and other suitable methods, develop new prospects, turn leads into successful sales and establish trustworthy relationships with high-end clients (B2B, B2C). They will make use of negotiation skills and creative selling techniques to uncover new businesses.

The Sales Representative will provide high standards of service to clients at each stage of the sales process and throughout delivery. Any issues should be followed up in a timely manner and followed up by after-sales services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Competent level of English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Have at least 1 year of proven sales and marketing experience, ideally within the same industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Be able to work in a dynamic and growing environment
• Very good working knowledge of MS Office, as well as general IT knowledge to work with order software and CRM software
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously; Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
• High level of attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service orientation
• Positive, and approachable manner, displaying a charismatic and trustworthy attitude
