Senior Affiliate Manager

We're looking for a results-driven, experienced Affiliate Manager to take full operational ownership of our affiliate channel. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position centred on partner activation, traffic quality, and measurable performance, aligned with the company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners based on performance KPIs
• Work closely with the Business Development team to support and enhance expansion efforts.
• Manage daily affiliate communications to ensure alignment, compliance, and results
• Monitor tracking, traffic quality, and campaign performance
• Conduct weekly reporting and analysis (FTDs, revenue, ROI, fraud monitoring)
• Work with marketing and tech teams to ensure postbacks, attribution, and onboarding are functioning smoothly
• Take full accountability for affiliate program operations from setup to optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience managing affiliate programs with performance targets
• Strong technical skills or a fast-learning attitude regarding postbacks, fraud filters, trackers, and attribution tools
• Excellent attention to detail in campaign execution and performance analysis
• Able to deliver results before engaging in strategic planning or travel
• Self-managed, performance-focused, and aligned with team direction
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered a plus.
