TTI is seeking for a Senior Audit & Assurance for one of our top clients. Our client is a leading entity in Accountancy, Assurance and Advisory Services and is based in Malta.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits in collaboration with Audit Partners
Foster and maintain effective relationships with client personnel, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to firm standards
Compile comprehensive reports and presentations, offering insights and recommendations for process enhancements and policy improvements
Ensure compliance with GAPSME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards in the assurance, preparation, and review of financial statements
Manage additional audit and assurance engagements as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency
Identify, report, and manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, managing multiple engagements concurrently while meeting demanding deadlines
Demonstrate a high level of motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail in all tasks and interactions
Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
Perform effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering high-quality results consistently

Educational and skill requirements

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the audit and assurance field
Possession of a professional qualification or in the final stages of professional studies (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, etc.)
Proficiency in GAPSME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards, with a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
Strong team player with the capability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
Smart, highly motivated, and well-presented individual with acute attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
