Senior Foreign Support Executive

FastDrop fast-paced growth over its years of operation has led to the company becoming the market leader in the private sector.

The company always recognised the important role human resources play in its operations. As a result of its growth, it has recruited a considerable number of helpers from the Maltese market. Nevertheless, some challenges have emerged in the last few years that need to be addressed to maintain FastDrop growth momentum and consolidation process, and at the same time serve its clients in an efficient and effective manner.

Employing a Senior Foreign Support Executive is a strategic investment in our company’s international growth. The position will bridge communication gaps, enhance global customer satisfaction, ensure compliance, and strengthen our global operational efficiency.

Scope of the Position:

Responsible for managing international client relations and ensuring efficient import and logistics operations. Oversees coordination with overseas suppliers and freight partners, prepares import documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and resolves shipment issues promptly.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations specifically related to last-mile deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and maintain consistent performance.
  • Manage and monitor the FastDrop platform and associated systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Communication and cross-cultural collaboration
  • International logistics coordination
  • Customer relationship management
  • Plan and monitor delivery routes to optimize last-mile operations.
  • Provide operational insights, platform improvements, and recommendations to the FastDrop team.

Minimum Education Qualifications:

  • Basic school leaving certificate

Experience Required:

  • Proven ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in IT systems and technology.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence; maintains calm and composure in challenging situations.

Working Conditions:

  • €30,000 per annum
  • Hours of work/week: 40hrs, shift basis
  • Duration of contract: Indefinite
