🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Marketing & Design Manager
📍 CBR Bedding | Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing & Design Manager to take full ownership of our brand and marketing across both retail outlets and catering operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience who can combine strong design skills with real marketing impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing our social media (posts, stories, reels)
• Designing promotional content (menus, posters, campaigns)
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns & product launches
• Driving sales across retail outlets and catering services
• Strengthen our brand across all platforms
• Working closely with management to bring ideas to life
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing & design
• Strong design skills (Canva and/or Adobe required)
• Solid understanding of social media and content strategy
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience in food, hospitality, or retail is a strong advantage
• Take ownership of selected brands and liaise with internal departments to update all online and offline channels.
• Be able to design content for Facebook/Instagram stories and Tiktok.
