Shop Assistant

Are you friendly, reliable, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is ready to take on a full-time role with stable working hours.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in a polite, helpful, and professional manner
• Handling sales transactions and processing payments accurately
• Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Keeping track of inventory and reporting shortages to management
• Supporting daily shop operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both Maltese and English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (email, point-of-sale systems, etc.) is an asset
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, training will be provided

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 – 16:00
• Weekends and public holidays off
