Showroom Assistant

Running the showroom, assisting the managing partners and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate would have experience in a customer facing role and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Handle Daily Media and Domestic Inquiries

• Manage and respond to daily media/domestic replies. To assist the Manager in tackling B2B requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication to clients and business partners.
• Prospecting B2B Leads: Actively prospect B2B leads for the company's products, identifying potential business opportunities, and setting up appointments for the Manager.

Multi-Tasking

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, managing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Meeting Deadlines

• Ensure deadlines are met by providing progress feedback and maintaining clear communication with all parties to ensure a closed communication loop.
• Understanding and Completing Paperwork: Familiarity with required paperwork, including inventory management, invoices, credits, and stock predictions. Proficient in using related computer programs to ensure all documentation is duly completed.

Stock Management and Display Arrangement

• Monitor stock needs, source stock, and arrange displays to maximize product exposure in the showroom.

Security Awareness

• Remain vigilant of security risks and potential theft, and know how to prevent or handle such situations appropriately.

Showroom Maintenance

• Keep the showroom attractive, clean, and safe, ensuring it remains a welcoming environment for customers. Maintain an evolving display of products and services and ensure timely opening and closing of the showroom.

Client Feedback and Satisfaction

• Follow up on works execution and ensure client feedback is gathered to guarantee customer satisfaction, maintaining high service standards
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Maltese is essential.
• Must possess a clean driving license.
