Reports to: Technical Sales Engineer

Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to support daily operations, support the management team, and uphold a high standard of client service and showroom presentation. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer-facing roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations & Administrative Support

• Manage day-to-day showroom activities.
• Assist the management team with general admin tasks and documentation
• Ensure the showroom is opened and closed punctually and maintains a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
• Help with the REWS applications
  
  

Client Communication & Inquiry Management

• Respond to walk-in and online inquiries in a timely, helpful manner.
• Support the manager with client and partner communications
• Follow up on client interactions to ensure satisfaction and continuity.
  
  

Documentation & Paperwork

• Utilize software tools to maintain accurate documentation.
  
  

Security & Risk Awareness

• Be mindful of showroom safety and follow procedures in the event of any security issues.
  
  

Showroom Maintenance

• Monitor and manage showroom stock levels.
• Keep the space clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Regularly update and refine product displays to reflect current stock and promotions.
  
  

Client Satisfaction & Feedback

• Follow up on services and product delivery.
• Gather and report client feedback to ensure continued satisfaction and improvement of service standards.
