Sous Chef
At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the kitchen is where creativity, consistency, and performance come together. Our culinary team supports multiple outlets and service styles, delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment.
We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations across the hotel.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role within a hotel or professional kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide kitchen teams
- Solid knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- A hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
