Spa and Wellness Operations Manager
At G3 Hospitality, we are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovation, quality, and care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Spa & Wellness Operations Manager to lead our spa operations and elevate both performance and guest satisfaction.
As Spa & Wellness Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the spa, driving financial performance, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will inspire and develop your team while maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the business.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Drive financial performance through effective sales strategies, payroll management, stock control, and cost efficiency
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards
- Train and develop Spa and Front Office teams in sales techniques and product knowledge
- Oversee daily operations and implement strategic forward planning
- Maintain and execute quality and brand standards
- Collaborate in management briefings and contribute to business strategy
- Manage staff scheduling and rostering, aligned with payroll forecasts
- Innovate and implement initiatives to increase revenue, including memberships and promotions
- Identify and attend training opportunities to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing capabilities
- Set and monitor team targets across reputation, sales, and cost control
- Any other tasks commensurate to the role
Educational and skill requirements
- Proven experience in Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality Management
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and performance
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to business growth
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
