The Group has been involved in hospitality for almost four decades. Initially starting off as a guesthouse in 1984, operated by the Group’s founder Silvio Debono. Today, as the db group chairman, he sits at the helm of the largest hospitality operation in Malta. We are currently looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at the db San Antonio and Seabank Resort & Spa.

Job Role

Perform treatments listed in the spa menu, including various types of massage and beauty treatments
Provide spa and hammam therapies as scheduled
Prepare treatment rooms with all necessary equipment, oils, and herbs
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
Participate in training and development programs offered by the organisation

Job Requirements

Experience in Hammam therapy (required)
Completed secondary education
Previous experience in an international spa environment
Formal training in spa treatments
References from past employers confirming skills and service mindset
Fluent in English
Willingness to work on a shift basis in a busy spa setting
Strong customer service orientation
High standards of personal hygiene
Adherence to hotel grooming standards
