 - Be responsible for the spray painting of vehicles, accessories and parts.

 - Obtain paint colour, undercoat and any other requirements before commencing the job.

 - Sand and prepare the area to be painted whilst taking the necessary precautions to protect the customers’ vehicles from any damages that may be caused during the spray-painting process.

 - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Senior Operations Manager.

The Panel Beater is responsible to perform panel beating works and repairs on motor vehicle body parts.

Responsibilities


 - Reads job card, identifies repairs to be done and checks spare-parts with the Assistant Manager.

 - Takes the necessary precautions to protect the customer’s vehicles from any damage that may be caused during the panel beating process.

 - Shapes metal by forming, bending or beating and punches or drills holes or spot-welding, rivets, bolts and screws.

 - Assembles parts and joins them by welding, brazing, soldering, bolting, riveting, screwing or other method.

 - Caulks seems and trims sheet- metal edges, installs and repairs damaged automobile metal parts.

 - Smoothens out repaired area, applies hard-metal and finishes repair.

 - Checks assembled parts and lights alignment and overall quality of work before handling over vehicle for spray painting.

 - Ensures good standard of work at all times and adheres strictly to time frames for completion of work given by superiors.

 - Adheres strictly to Health and Safety regulations and makes full use of protective clothing and equipment given by the company.

 - To report any health hazards to the Senior Operations Manager / Health and Safety Representative / Health and Safety Coordinator.

 -  To report any near misses or injuries to the Senior Operations Manager / Health and Safety Representative / Health and Safety Coordinator.

 -  To perform any other duties assigned by his direct superior when and as required

As a Customer Care and Administrator, you will be responsible to follow client&rsquo;s from day one of their Vehicle in MAS until it is returned to them. You will also be in charge of Part&rsquo;s binning and allocations.


As a Customer Care and Administrator, you will be responsible to follow client’s from day one of their Vehicle in MAS until it is returned to them. You will also be in charge of Part’s binning and allocations.

Responsibilities


 - To act as a point of reference for all customers who choose to have their vehicles repaired at MAS

 - To explain to the customers the repairs involved and upsell where there is the ability to.

 - To update clients in connection with the repair progress of their vehicles.

 - To take over customer vehicle at repair initiation stage and hand over the vehicle to the customer at repair completion stage.

 - To receive, check and bin incoming parts for vehicle repairs.

 - To prepare and distribute the required parts at repair stage 

 - To work hand in hand with the admin team, foreman, estimator and body shop manager.

 - Prior experience in a similar role within a body shop or mechanical workshop will be considered an asset.

The job entails the day-to-day preparation of vehicles for the painting process.

Responsibilities


 - 
To assess the vehicle and make sure that all body works have been done in the correct manner.


 - To smooth any unmasked surfaces by removing any previous coats of paint and making sure to sand any rough areas.

 - To apply paper and masking tape to protect any unpainted surfaces and removing them after the vehicle is ready. 

 - To make use of any hand and power tools which will be required

 - 
To report any health hazards to the Senior Operations Manager / Health and Safety Representative / Health and Safety Coordinator. 


 - To perform any other duties assigned by his direct superior when and as required.
