

Stewarding Manager
Hilton Malta is recruiting for a Stewarding Manager on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all hotel stewarding operations, supporting the Culinary and F&B Operations Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Stewarding Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the stewarding team, assign tasks, and train staff on cleaning and hygiene.
- Actively participate in cleaning while ensuring kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils meet hygiene standards.
- Enforce safety protocols, proper waste disposal, and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.

· Strong organizational skills, kitchenware maintenance knowledge, inventories and breakage reports experience
