Stewarding Manager

Stewarding Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the stewarding team, assign tasks, and train staff on cleaning and hygiene.
• Actively participate in cleaning while ensuring kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils meet hygiene standards.
• Enforce safety protocols, proper waste disposal, and sanitation regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.

·         Strong organizational skills, kitchenware maintenance knowledge, inventories and breakage reports experience
