Store Manager

Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the store, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong team performance, and full compliance with Hans & Gretel brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Supervise product preparation and food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
  • Handle cash management and daily reporting
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Act as the main point of contact with the Director and franchisee
  • Acts as the main PoC with the Franchisor's certified trainer & is responsible for the roll out of the training.

Profile & Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or food & beverage management is a must
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Hands-on, operational mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
