Stores Assistant

Eurosport Ltd., specialists and market leaders in sports retail, are recruiting for the position of Storekeeper on a full-time basis. The position is based within our warehouse in Mriehel, and we are looking for a candidate to complement our growing team by supporting warehouse operations and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing transfers of stock to and from other outlets using our system, according to delivery schedules;
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage documentation to confirm proper Stock Levels.
• Assisting with the inspection of newly received stock for damages and discrepancies;
• Maintaining inventory control by performing accurate recording of incoming goods;
• Scanning and inputting of items using company software;
• Distribution of goods to outlets during the checking process;
• Replacing other roles within the store and providing overall support, as required, to the team and Head of Stores.
• Liaise with Team Manager to acquire information regarding deliveries of goods.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

• Be fluent in Maltese and/or English;
• Experience using inventory software, as well as competence in using Microsoft Office;
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset;
• Take pride and initiative in their work.
