Our Client is a global generic pharmaceutical industry that specialises in the development and manufacture of both APIs and FDFs.

In Malta, for over 20 years, they have two factories, located side-by-side, in the Hal Far Industrial Estate, holding EU GMP certification and US FDA approval.

They are looking for an Supply Chain Officer for their site. The selected candidate will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements:

• A diploma or advanced-level education, preferably with experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of Maltese is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both documentation and communication.
• Familiar with the import /export process and the ability to handle shipment documentation, read and interpret safety regulations and any other departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and SAP, is advantageous.
• Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of Good
  Distribution Practices (GDP) and/or SAP would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with custom clearance procedures and documentation and experience
  with handling dangerous goods shipments would be desirable.
  • Occasionally working in a controlled warehouse environment, which involves the
  wearing of relevant personal protective equipment.
  
  

Package:

• Salary: €27,000-31,000 with annual salary review at end of each year
• Annual Performance bonus at a maximum of 5% of annual gross salary
