We are looking for a Support & Security Officer to join our team at Riviera Spa Resort – Adults Only. This role is key to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our guests, employees, and property, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and employees
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols across the property
• Ensure full compliance with fire safety, emergency procedures, and evacuation protocols
• Handle incidents, guest concerns, and reporting with professionalism and confidentiality
• Manage lost & found processes and maintain accurate documentation
• Safeguard company assets and support operational procedures across departments
• Liaise with local authorities when necessary
  
  

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Valid Malta Private Security Licence
• Valid Skills Pass for the Hospitality Sector
• Previous experience in hotel security is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond proactively
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
