An exciting opportunity now exists on a permanent, full-time basis as a Talent Acquisition Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating robust relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to actively contribute to the development of a strong talent pipeline across all organizational levels, spanning both local and international talent pools. This role entails utilizing diverse, direct sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in screening applicants,
participating in interview processes, managing the offer process, and generating recruitment statistics reports for management review.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

◼ Striking a good balance between working independently and collaborating with colleagues
◼ Working in a structured and flexible way between different stakeholders
◼ Thinking outside the box in order to reach the ideal candidates through innovative recruitment campaigns - you will do this by working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams
◼ Having a sound understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and own the recruitment journey from launching a position for final selection
◼ Living the company’s brand and values, they care, reimagine the possible, act with integrity, make a difference and work together

Educational and skill requirements

◼ A tertiary level of education
◼ At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of recruitment and selection, ideally in the professional services sector
◼ LinkedIn Recruiter experience is considered an asset
◼ Experience working with applicant tracking systems
◼ Experience managing complex recruitment campaigns
◼ Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
