Klimaflo is a leading company dedicated to delivering exceptional results through effective project management and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role responsible for designing and selling HVAC solutions, managing client enquiries, and coordinating projects from proposal to handover. Role combines technical expertise with sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage enquiries for domestic and commercial HVAC applications, including:
- AC Split Units, VRF Systems, Domestic Hot Water Heat Pumps
- Underfloor Heating (Hydronic & Electric)
- Gas Boilers
- Design tailored HVAC systems and prepare proposals based on client needs, site constraints, and technical specifications.
- Conduct price negotiations with clients, ensuring competitive and profitable outcomes.
- Perform competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in on-site meetings with clients to assess requirements and present solutions.
- Draft and review contract agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover to the Project Manager, providing all necessary technical and commercial details.
- Coordinate with suppliers on equipment pricing, availability, and order placements, including negotiation of terms.
- Liaise with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely transportation of equipment and materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ideally BTEC National (and / or) Higher Diploma in any engineering field.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC or building services.
- Strong design and proposal preparation skills; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
