Therapeutic Horse-Riding
Join us in driving Excellence, empowering People, and enhancing Communication to create a thriving and impactful workplace.
About the role
The Therapeutic Horse Riding (THR) service has been established to provide children and young adults with disabilities with an additional form of therapeutic support. The programme uses horse-assisted activities as a structured intervention to promote the physical, emotional, and social development of participants.
Our mission is to harness the therapeutic benefits of horse riding to enhance mobility, build confidence, encourage independence, and support overall well-being. Through carefully guided sessions, the service aims to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where participants can develop skills, strengthen self-esteem, and improve their quality of life.
