About the Role
You’ll play a key role in growing multiple brands through engaging content and strategic social media management. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and post content across various platforms using Meta Business Suite.
- Content Creation – Film, edit, and post TikTok/Reels using CapCut or similar editing tools.
- Trend Research – Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Ad Management – Assist in running and optimizing paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and engage with audiences to build strong online communities.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track social media performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
- Multitasking – Manage content for multiple brands, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Creative Input – Bring fresh ideas to the table for campaigns, promotions, and social media growth strategies.
- Adaptability – Take constructive feedback and quickly adjust content strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media content creation, particularly for short form content.
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite for scheduling, content management, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for running paid social campaigns is a plus.
- A creative mindset with a keen understanding of digital trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to multitask across multiple brands, ensuring each brand maintains its unique voice.
- Comfortable filming content, from brainstorming concepts to shooting and editing.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret social media metrics to improve performance.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and quickly implement feedback.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
